I returned home and saw my mother watching the television while "Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban" just started. I asked my mom will she continue watching it, she said exactly "No,please, I don't like this kid's stuff".
After 1 hour she was still there jumping on the sofa or laughing or commenting with enthusiasm, I couldn't loose that show, even if I saw the movie a dozen times. (The same thing was with Lord of the Rings, "I don't like monsters and wizards", then she watched all my extended dvd's...)
This remembered me how Gary Oldman is an incredible actor, I always loved him, expecially when playing Beethoven or in Leon, or in the Fifth Element. He gave to Sirius Black an incredible human and painful touch, expecially in the farewell scene when he salutes Harry. Beautiful.
I couldn't resist to study better his face.
Great portrait. I love how it somehow captures both Gary Oldman, and the attributes of Sirius that I read in the books (the underlying handsomeness) that is often lacking in pictures of Sirius from the movie.
